MY JOURNEY
I started in the US as an administrative professional earning minimum wage. I worked hard, delivered results, and stayed quiet—believing excellence would be enough.
It wasn't.
Over 20 years, I climbed from entry-level assistant to Senior Executive Assistant at JPMorgan Chase, supporting C-suite executives. The journey taught me that technical excellence alone doesn't advance careers. Strategic visibility and cultural intelligence do.
That's when I became a coach.
